Caddo Academy is seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Trades Teacher to lead the development of a dynamic, hands-on program that prepares students for success in high-demand careers. This position is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a program designed to meet regional workforce needs while ensuring every student graduates Life-Ready.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, real-world instruction in construction-related fields.
• Help students develop technical skills, industry knowledge, and workplace readiness.
• Lead the development of a hands-on program.

Requirements

• Experience in a skilled trade (construction, welding, carpentry, electrical, etc.).
• Ability to obtain an appropriate technical certificate through the Arkansas Department of Education Division of Career and Technical Education.
• Passion for working with students and preparing them for postsecondary success.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to collaboration.
