Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for restoring vehicles to factory specifications and take pride in seamless metalwork and structural integrity, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Straighten frames and unibody structures using specialized alignment equipment.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, including hoods, doors, and fenders.
- Remove and install glass, trim, electrical components, and interior pieces as required.
- Perform high-quality MIG/TIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
- Ensure all surfaces are properly sanded, masked, and primed before painting.
- Conduct final inspections on fitment, gaps, and structural rigidity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional collision repair experience in a high-volume body shop.
- Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools and specialized body repair equipment.
- Deep understanding of modern vehicle construction, including high-strength steel and aluminum repair procedures.
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret digital frame-measuring systems and detailed repair estimates.
