Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Welding Pros — including our website, email digest, contact form, and any APIs or related services we operate (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Welding Pros aggregates welding-job listings from publicly accessible sources (job boards, employer career pages, and partner aggregators) and also lets employers post listings directly. We are not the employer for any listing on the Service. We do not screen candidates, verify employer claims, or guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, available, or compliant with applicable employment law.

Applying to or accepting a job is a relationship between you and the employer. Welding Pros has no role in that relationship and is not responsible for the conduct of either party.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide (your email address, anything you submit through the contact form, and any job-posting details) is accurate.

When you subscribe you agree to receive a periodic job digest at the email address you provided. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not share subscriber addresses with third parties or use them for unrelated marketing.

Employers may post listings on Welding Pros for the fee shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By posting a listing you represent that:

• You have the authority to advertise the role on behalf of the employer.
• The listing is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• The listing complies with applicable wage, labor, immigration, and equal-employment-opportunity laws.
• The role is a real, available position — not a lead-generation funnel.
• You will respond to applicants in a reasonable time frame.

We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that contain false claims, discriminatory requirements, or content unrelated to welding work. Refunds for removed listings are at our discretion and are typically denied for terms violations.

For paid postings, refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are generally limited to obvious billing errors or our failure to display the listing. Removing a listing early because the role was filled does not entitle you to a refund. Listings removed for terms violations are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent listings, fake job offers, recruitment scams, or listings that solicit payment from applicants.
• Use the contact form, subscribe form, or any other input field to transmit spam, malware, phishing content, or material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service.

Welding Pros, our logos, design system, job datasets, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Joseph Parry. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our services unless expressly permitted in writing.

By submitting any content to Welding Pros — including job postings, contact-form messages, feedback, and corrections — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify (for example, to fix typos or normalize formatting), and distribute that content in connection with operating and marketing the Service. Feedback and suggestions you send may be used without attribution or compensation.

The Service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that listings will lead to employment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources and may be out-of-date, incomplete, or removed by the originating source at any time.

Information on the Service does not constitute legal, financial, career, or employment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welding Pros and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangibles, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welding Pros and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) any content you submit, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service contains links to third-party websites (employer career pages, source job boards, etc.) and integrates third-party services (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics, Vercel for hosting, Google Places for autocomplete). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the “Last updated” date and, where we have a way to reach you, by email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.
