Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise high-quality welding operations in the workshop and field.
• Fabricate, repair, and install structural components and perform repairs on heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Maintain welding equipment in optimal condition and conduct quality inspections.
• Strictly adhere to all safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams for precise welding execution.
• Maintain high productivity without compromising safety or quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication, with consideration for exceptional technical skills.
• American Welding Society (AWS) certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications.
• Ability to collaborate with construction teams.
