Overview

New England Chimney Supply (NECS) is a leading manufacturing company specializing in chimney venting systems. They are currently looking for Sheet Metal Fabricators to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Take direction and learn internal manufacturing techniques and procedures.
• Operate machinery including shears, brakes, spot welders, rollers, punches, and other metal fabrication tools.
• Attend mandatory safety training on equipment and follow all safety protocols.
• Set up and operate equipment to form and assemble sheet metal products.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bring basic tools including tape measure, ball peen hammer, and speed square.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for the majority of shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Take pride in work and pay attention to the product being produced.
• Enjoy working with hands and producing a quality product.
