Overview
We are seeking a full-time highly skilled and motivated Experienced MIG and TIG Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations on various metal components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on diverse materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and galvanized.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine weld locations and fabrication requirements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment to prepare materials for welding.
- Conduct quality inspections utilizing calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure weld integrity meets ASME codes and standards.
- Set up and operate cranes, forklifts, rigging equipment, and machining tools safely.
- Follow safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, pipe threading, soldering, mechanical assembly, and ductwork fabrication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG welding and TIG welding.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Familiarity with ASME codes and standards relevant to structural steelwork or piping systems.
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills.

Additional Information
- Full-time position from 7:00AM to 3:30PM with overtime available.
- Work location is in person.
