The TIG Welder for Heatshield (Starship) is responsible for performing GTAW class A welds and fabricating metal components to precise dimensions for building and assembling. This role involves collaboration with the lead welder to ensure the correct welding procedures and materials are utilized.

Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW class A welds.
• Cut, trim, fit, and fabricate metal components to specified dimensions.
• Collaborate with lead welder to assess proper weld procedures, material types, and rod sizes for each project.
• Analyze engineering specifications for welding projects.
