Responsibilities

• Weld jobs that range in gauges from 20 gauge to ½ plate out of stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Tack and weld parts from blueprints.
• Set up welding machines and select type and diameter of filler wire.
• Complete projects from print with minimal supervision.
• Clamp parts to avoid warpage.
• Temporarily move to other departments to meet customer demands.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of measuring and angles.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Available to work overtime.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
