Overview

The Welder/Fabricator role involves performing various welding techniques on scaffold components and ensuring the integrity of materials. Candidates should have experience in welding and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on scaffold frames, braces, platforms, and custom components.
• Inspect scaffold materials for damage and structural integrity.
• Fabricate custom metal parts according to specifications and drawings.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with yard and field teams to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in the construction or scaffold industry.
• Proficiency in MIG/TIG/stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
