Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Metal Fabricator/Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and shaping metal components, assembling finished products, and performing light carpentry tasks as needed for composite projects.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, shape, and bend metal stock using shears, saws, press brakes, and drill presses.
• Prepare and install wood or composite components for hybrid metal-wood projects.
• Inspect completed parts and assemblies for dimensional accuracy and structural soundness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, or assembly.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent measuring skills, including the use of tape measures and calipers.
• Basic understanding of wood cutting, drilling, and finishing.
• Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50–75 lbs of materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
