Job Description
Overview
The Tank Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing field crews and equipment, facilitating communication between Matrix personnel, QA/QC, and clients, as well as mentoring and coaching field personnel. This position will fill multiple field supervision roles across various project sites in different states throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager with overseeing field crews and equipment.
- Interact between Matrix personnel, QA/QC, and the customer/client.
- Mentor and coach field personnel.
- Travel to various project sites as needed.
