Overview

The Millwright position is for experienced millwrights, welders, riggers, and pipe fitters to join the Mechanical Division, with 95% of the work located within a 100-mile radius of Lancaster County, allowing for most evenings at home.

Responsibilities

• Installing, dismantling, moving, repairing, and maintaining machinery and various types of equipment in the industrial field.
• Willing to travel to various job sites and work as a team to complete the job in a safe manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in welding (stick or TIG preferred), pipe fitting, rigging, skilled millwright, and industrial duct installation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to follow safety rules and regulations.
• Comfortable traveling to job sites during the day.
• Occasional overnights as needed (5% or less of the projects).
