Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder specializing in MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring precision and quality in every weld.

Responsibilities

• Performing MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Reading and interpreting welding blueprints and instructions
• Inspecting welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized welding area
• Working efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience welding thin gauge(16 gauge) up to thicker material (3/8')
• Ability to read basic welding blueprints and follow work instructions
• Familiarity with welding tools, safety practices, and inspection techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand and weld for extended periods
• Regularly lift and move parts up to 50 Pounds
• Comfortable working around heat, sparks, and industrial equipment
