Overview

This position is for a Fitter in a Steel Fabrication Shop requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of fitting experience with miscellaneous metals. The role involves various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints, with occasional overtime required.

Responsibilities

• Perform SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and TIG welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Ensure quality control in welding processes.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of fitting experience with miscellaneous metals.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience with QC and miscellaneous welding.
