Overview

The Welder Fabricator position is a full-time role based in New Haven, CT, focusing on welding and fabrication tasks to create custom metal structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to create custom awnings and other metal structures.
• Ensure all welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
