Overview

We’re hiring a Welder / Fabricator to set up and operate fabrication and welding equipment to produce high-quality steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components built to exact specifications. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (cold saws, Bridgeport mills, shears, brake presses, welding machines).
• Perform welding, grinding, deburring, and finishing work.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and support uptime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support production flow and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong blueprint reading ability.
• Experience with fabrication/welding equipment.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable performing basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
