Overview

The Journeyman - Pipefitter Welder is responsible for welding parts and equipment using various welding machines while collaborating with other trades such as plumbers and HVAC workers.

Responsibilities

• Welds equipment and parts using arc, submerged arc, gas-shielded arc, mig, and tig machines.
• Collaborates with plumbers, pipefitter/welders, sheet metal workers, and HVAC workers as required.
• Selects type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications.
