Loenbro, LLC is seeking experienced Rig Welders to join their team in Front Range, CO. The company is a trusted construction lifecycle partner across various industries, focusing on building careers grounded in integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay-out, weld, install, test and repair all types of pipe and similar tubular products.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial oil refining piping and associated structures.
• Supervise and train welder helpers.
• Develop a complete understanding of contract plans and specifications.
• Examine and inspect field conditions, identifying problems and cost-saving measures.
• Properly choose filler metals and construction material to complete assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience required.
• Prior welding experience in construction, mining or related industry or a two-year vocational-technical degree preferred.
• Completing a welding qualification is a requirement.
• Orbital welding training will be provided; prior orbital welding experience is a plus.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations regarding piping systems.
• Familiarity with properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
• Proficiency in commonly used welding processes, including SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW.
• OSHA 10 certification.
