Responsibilities

• Safely MIG weld quality steel components during the production of hydraulic cylinders.
• Achieve consistent customer satisfaction through quality welding.
• Set up, run, and maintain welding equipment to meet production schedule guidelines.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with welding knowledge and experience.
• Detail-oriented and works well as part of a team.
• Dependable and motivated producer.
• Support the Guiding Principles of Cross.
• Technical/vocational school preferred.
• Programming robotic welding experience a plus.
• MIG and TIG welding certifications preferred.
• Technical experience preferred.

Additional Information

• Full-time position.
• Pay ranges from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour.
• Day shift.
• Preferred ability to commute to Lewis, KS 67552.
• Preferred ability to relocate to Lewis, KS 67552 before starting work.
• Work location is in person.
