Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Sheet Metal Mechanic with a Master License to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and maintaining precision sheet metal components used across various industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate sheet metal parts.
• Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement verification.
• Fabricate sheet metal assemblies by welding, bending, cutting, and assembling parts with attention to detail and safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid Master License as a Sheet Metal Mechanic with proven experience in industrial fabrication environments.
• Extensive knowledge of sheet metal materials and fabrication processes including welding, machining, stamping, and assembly.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality inspection instruments.
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to crane operation, hand tools usage, electrical discharge machining, and machine maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
