Overview
We're seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with strong aluminum TIG welding experience to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate is a precision welder and fabricator who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom parts and components with a focus on high-quality aluminum TIG welding.
- Perform MIG welding and light steel fabrication as needed.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to create precise, reliable parts.
- Operate shop tools such as band saws, chop saws, plasma cutters, grinders, tube benders, and drill presses.
- Assemble and fit fabricated parts into vehicle builds with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to prototype and refine custom components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.
- Provide input on design improvements based on fabrication experience and field use.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional welding/fabrication experience (automotive or off-road experience preferred).
- Proven proficiency in TIG welding aluminum is required.
- Experience with MIG welding and working with mild/stainless steel.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
- Skilled in using metalworking tools and shop equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.

- Work Location: In Office, Springfield, Missouri (444 W Tampa St, Springfield, MO 65806).
- Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm.
