Overview

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for an Induction Braze Operator to join the Overhaul and Repair team. This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of induction brazing equipment to customer specifications, including assembly of details prior to brazing.

Responsibilities

• Continuously completes successful braze and debraze procedures in manufacturing cell.
• Makes and cuts braze rings.
• Follows all applicable work instructions and documentation.
• Assembles using resistance tack welders.
• Fabricates and insulates braze coils and glass.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
