Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our welding team. This role involves welding and fabricating various components for industrial machines using stainless steel and a variety of tools, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.).
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot fitment, alignment, and welding issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and welding standards.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to weld stainless steel and other metals.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem solving ability and mechanical intuition.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive.
• Team oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Subject to pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Additional Information

• Optional overtime is occasionally available.
• Must be able to commute to Flemington, NJ 08822.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM.
