Overview

We are currently hiring experienced Structural Welders for 1st shift positions with overtime available. This is a great opportunity for welders looking for long-term work with competitive pay and immediate start options.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fit, tack, and weld structural assemblies to specifications
• Ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards
• Use grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience with MIG and Flux Core welding required
• Structural welding experience preferred
• Ability to pass a weld test immediately
• Experience fitting and reading blueprints is a strong plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
