Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fitter/Welder for our 2nd shift, offering steady work with consistent hours and long-term stability. This role is ideal for MIG and Flux Core welders who value safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fit and weld carbon steel components using MIG and Flux Core processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements.
• Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing with minimal supervision.
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality and specifications are met.
• Follow all safety standards and production schedules.

Requirements

• 3+ years of fitter/welder experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Ability to pass an on-site weld test.
