Overview

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain all trucks, cranes, and installation equipment regularly.
• Keep truck properly stocked with materials and equipment for maintenance and service of signs.
• Achieve knowledge of proper operation and safety procedures of trucks, cranes, and tools.
• Replace LED lamps, power supplies, transformers, neon units, and wiring on signs in the field.
• Participate in the construction and installation of all types of signs.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of service, installation, and construction materials.
• Keep accurate inventory records of all materials on trucks.
• Comply with PPE requirements including steel toed shoes, safety glasses, and hard hats.
• Perform duties according to company quality control standards.
• Carry out instructions from supervisor and complete tasks in goal time.
• Keep accurate time and record materials used on work orders.

Requirements

• CDL preferred, but assistance will be provided to achieve certification.
• One year of on-the-job service and installation experience preferred, but not required.
• Full crane knowledge of lifting capacities and safe lifting angles.
• Crane certification if/when required.
• Welding and electrical knowledge/ability is a plus.
