Overview

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain all trucks, cranes, and installation equipment regularly.
• Keep truck properly stocked with materials and equipment for maintenance, construction, and service of signs.
• Achieve knowledge of proper operation and safety procedures of trucks, cranes, and tools.
• Replace LED lamps, power supplies, transformers, neon units, wiring, etc. on signs in the field.
• Participate in the construction and installation of all types of signs.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of service, installation, and construction materials.
• Keep accurate inventory records of all materials on trucks.
• Comply with PPE requirements including steel toed shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety harnesses, and hard hats.
• Perform all duties according to company quality control standards.
• Carry out instructions from supervisor and complete in goal time.
• Keep accurate time and record materials used on work order.

Requirements

• CDL preferred, but will help the right applicant acquire this certification.
• One year of on-the-job Service and Installation experience preferred, but not required.
• Full crane knowledge of lifting capacities and safe lifting angles.
• Welding and electrical knowledge/ability.
