Overview

Bow Creek Metal is under new leadership and entering a period of focused growth, seeking quality individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company. They are offering a $500 signing bonus after 90 days, contingent on attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding on stainless, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Prep, fit, and assemble parts prior to welding.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Work directly with the Welding Lead under the direction of the Foreman.

Requirements

• Welding experience required.
• Ability to pass Bow Creek Metal’s welding test.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working on various materials and ability to adapt.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to cross-train and support multiple departments.

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Fridays are optional overtime.
