Responsibilities
- Operate CNC plasma table (training provided)
- Load/unload material with overhead cranes & forklift
- Assist with press brake operation and fabrication processes
- Use tools like grinders, torch, and ironworker
- Inspect your work to ensure quality standards
- Package finished products
- Help maintain equipment and a clean, safe workspace
- Show up ready to work, support your team, and take pride in what you build
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurately read tape measure to 1/32”, understand instructions, and basic technical drawings
- Willingness to learn and work with your hands
- You notice problems and speak up or help fix them
- You adapt when priorities change
