Overview

Ashaway Line & Twine Mfg. is a family-owned business with over 200 years of experience, specializing in non-sterile non-absorbable bulk suture threads, racket strings, and various braided products. The Braider Mechanic will work closely with the quality and production teams to maintain braiders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of braiders.
• Conduct product changeovers.
• Engage in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Complete light documentation.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to concentrate while performing repetitive tasks.
• Team player.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Willing to wear hearing protection for full shift.
• Some light welding experience preferred.
• Energetic.
• Must be willing to work 1st shift hours 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday.
