Overview
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components used in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products that meet company standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Read drawings and turn raw materials into finished products.
- Use welding skills—MIG, TIG and/or other processes—to build strong, high-quality metal components.
- Operate fabrication equipment like press brakes, plasma cutters, saws, and grinders to shape and create precision parts.
- Work hands-on with tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment to cut, fit, assemble, and finish components with accuracy.
- Solve real production challenges by working with supervisors and teammates to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Help maintain top-quality standards by ensuring all work meets welding standards and customer expectations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or metal fabrication preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MIG welding processes.
- Ability to read drawings and perform basic measurements and calculations.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brakes, and other fabrication equipment preferred.
- Understanding of welding standards and general fabrication practices.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
