Overview

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team! The Welder will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components for production and facility operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare welding equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments and assisting with equipment changeovers.
• Fabricate new or replacement parts for production and assemble component parts using hand and small power tools.
• Maintain quality standards and customer specifications by conducting first-piece and in-process inspection and making equipment adjustments.
• Ensure accurate machine operation by making equipment adjustments and referring questions to the supervisor.
• Maintain production operations by following policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience as a Welder - preferred, not required.
• Experience working with steel materials.
• Blueprint reading - a plus, but not required.
• Forklift experience - a plus, but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
