Overview

XTEK Precision Maintenance, formerly known as Precision Machine INC., is a machine, mechanical, and fabrication shop seeking experienced welders with mechanical or millwright knowledge. The position involves working at the shop in Paducah and traveling to various job sites, with a focus on SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW techniques.
• Travel to different job sites as required.
• Participate in field service work with associated incentives.
• Complete a required welding test after the interview.

Requirements

• 5 years of welding experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and hair follicle drug test.
• Mechanical or millwright knowledge preferred.

Additional Information

• Work location is in person.
• Travel work is not optional and should be prepared for as needed.
• Work schedule is balanced at about 50% shop and 50% travel.
