The MIG Welder / Fitter will be responsible for fitting, fabricating, and welding stainless steel components to precise specifications. Candidates should be comfortable working with various material thicknesses and producing clean, high-quality welds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on stainless steel materials • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols • Fit and assemble parts prior to welding • Ensure all welds meet quality and structural standards • Grind, polish, and finish welds as needed • Inspect completed work for accuracy and defects • Maintain tools and welding equipment • Follow all workplace safety guidelines Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of MIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred) • Fitting and fabrication skills • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures • Experience using measuring and layout tools • Atention to detail and quality Preferred Qualifications

• AWS welding certifications or similar credentials • Background in manufacturing or fabrication shops Work Environment

• Industrial/shop setting • Fast-paced production environment • Overtime may be available Physical Requirements
