Overview

We are seeking 3 workers for our full metal fabrication shop, including 2 helpers and 1 welder/fabricator. The helpers will assist with driving materials and maintaining site cleanliness, while the welder/fabricator will work primarily in the shop on various metal projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive materials and crews to jobs.
• Assist on site with cleanliness and other tasks as needed.
• Load customer's orders.
• Weld and cut/fabricate metal and steel for jobs when needed.
• Shear and bend metal for projects and customer materials.
• Run day-to-day operations of the shop/warehouse.
• Maintain shop organization and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record for helpers.
• Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus.
• Basic work skills in metal fabrication.
• Reliability and eagerness to work.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Benefits

Additional Information

• Pay for helpers starts at $15/hr with overtime over 40 hours.
• Minimum of 40 hours a week, most weeks are 55+ hours.
• Pay for welder/fabricator depends on experience.
