Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and operating standard shop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Fabricate and assemble components using blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.
• Set up and operate fabrication and machining equipment, including saws, grinders, and hand tools.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specifications using precision tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping policies.
• Assist in material handling, inventory, and general shop duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or machine operation preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of workplace safety and proper PPE use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., most Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Overtime available.
