Overview

We are a commercial millwork shop based in North Texas, committed to delivering high-quality commercial millwork solutions. We are seeking a skilled Custom Commercial Millwork Fabricator to join our talented team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, precise commercial millwork, including cabinets, moldings, panels, doors, and trim, following architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Select appropriate materials for each project, ensuring that specifications, durability, and aesthetics are met.
• Operate advanced woodworking machinery with accuracy and safety to cut, shape, and assemble wood products.
• Inspect finished work for adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and functionality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that all designs and requirements are met and that work is completed on time.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, architectural plans, and engineering schematics to fabricate millwork accurately.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the workshop and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication or installation process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial millwork fabrication with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Expertise in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Strong eye for detail, ensuring that all finished products meet high-quality standards and specifications.
