Welder / Fitter – Days\nLocation: Warwick\nShift: Monday to Thursday, 06:30–16:00\nPay: £19ph DOE\nOverview of the Welder / Fitter Role:\nYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality welded and fabricated components in line with build times, engineering drawings, and ISO 9001 quality standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.\nKey Responsibilities of the Welder / Fitter:\n * \n MIG & MAG welding on medium–heavy steel fabrications (2mm–10mm)\n * \n Building and tack welding assemblies from engineering drawings\n * \n Completing full welds to specification and quality standards\n * \n Identifying and correcting fabrication faults\nKey Skills & Experience of the Welder / Fitter:\n * \n Proven experience in MIG & MAG welding\n * \n Skilled in medium–heavy steel fabrication\n * \n Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings\n * \n Welding/fabrication qualifications (essential)\nPackage Offered to the Welder / Fitter:\n * \n Competitive salary\n * \n Monday–Thursday (4 day week)\n * \n Pension scheme\n * \n Training & development opportunities\n * \n Supportive team environment\n * \n Commitment to quality, safety, and employee wellbeing
