Position Overview

Required:

· 5+ years in fabrication or welding experience in a shop or industrial setting

· Ability to read tape measure, angles, fractions and shop math

· Experience with MIG welding, TIG welding and Stick welding

· Understanding of metal types, thicknesses, and heat effects

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods

· Strong attention to craftsmanship

· Reliable Transportation

:

· Millwright or equipment installation background

· Forklift, scissor lift, or overhead crane certification

· Ability to interpret engineered drawings and welding symbols

· AWS welding certifications

· Mechanical aptitude

· Problem solving and troubleshooting

· Teamwork and communication

· Reliability and strong work ethic

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Environment

· Fabrication shop and occasional onsite installation

· Exposure to sparks, heat, noise, and moving equipment

· PPE required (gloves, eye protection, boots, etc.)

· Overtime or travel may be required depending on project needs
