We are a high-performance metal and welding shop looking for a Journeyman level Fabricator who can take on complex builds with precision, leadership and craftmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom components, assemblies, and structures using advanced tools, machinery, and materials.

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics.

• Perform high-precision welding, cutting, forming, machining, or finishing operations.

• Determine material requirements and plan fabrication workflows.

• Lead fabrication projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.

• Inspect completed work for quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to resolve design/fabrication issues.

• Train and mentor junior fabricators and apprentices.

• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace; follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards.

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and production quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and/or other fabrication specialties.

• Strong knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, composites, etc.).

• Ability to operate fabrication machinery: CNC equipment, manual machines, brake press, shear, rollers, plasma cutter, etc.

• Excellent blueprint reading and measurement skills.

• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

• Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform shop work safely.

Qualifications

• Certifications (AWS, ASME, machining certificates, etc.).

• Experience with CAD or CAM software.

• Experience supervising a fabrication team
