Fiberglass Technician – Marine & Water Car Manufacturing Location: Jensen Beach, FL Company: H2O Amphibious Website: H2OAmphibious.com Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $15.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

About Us: H2O Amphibious (H2OAmphibious.com) is a leading innovator in the marine and amphibious vehicle industry. Located in Jensen Beach, Florida, we design and manufacture high-performance water cars that seamlessly merge automotive and marine engineering. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Technician to join our production team at our manufacturing warehouse.

Position Overview: The Fiberglass Technician will play a key role in the construction of our marine-grade water cars. This position involves hands-on fiberglass application, repair, and finishing work using advanced composite techniques. Candidates with experience in marine fiberglass, boatbuilding, or composite automotive work are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fiberglass layup using marine-grade materials and resins

• Execute hand layup, vacuum bagging, and other composite techniques

• Trim, cut, and finish fiberglass components to meet design specifications

• Repair and reinforce fiberglass structures used in water car and marine applications

• Work from molds, drawings, and manufacturing guidelines

• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Ensure compliance with workplace and marine safety practices

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready

Qualifications:

• Previous fiberglass experience in marine, boatbuilding, automotive, or composite manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, gel coat, and application methods

• Skilled with hand and power tools commonly used in marine composite work

• Ability to follow technical drawings, molds, and production specifications

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift/move materials

• Dependable, motivated, and able to work full-time on-site in Jensen Beach
