Overview

We are currently hiring a skilled Rigger / Sling Fabricator for an in-person position, offering a competitive hourly wage based on experience. The role involves precision work with wire rope and rigging equipment, emphasizing safety and hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and prepare wire rope to exact specifications.
• Perform crimping & swaging using hydraulic press equipment.
• Splice wire rope and synthetic slings (mechanical & hand splicing).
• Inspect and test cables to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Sew and reinforce slings, sleeves, and rigging materials.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of rigging or sling fabrication experience.
• Experience in shops like DCL, ARS, Bishop, Delta Rigging, or similar is a plus.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate presses, cutting tools & sewing machines.
• Knowledge of OSHA / ASME standards is a bonus.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
