Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder and/or Fitter in a manufacturing.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored Arc).
• Strong knowledge of metal properties, welding symbols, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and torches.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Additional Information

• Typical work week M-T 7am to 5:30pm.
• 40+ hour work weeks with overtime availability in afternoons and some Fridays or Saturdays.
• Starting pay range $18.00 + per hour based on experience, performance, and productivity.
• This is a drug free work environment.
