Overview

We are seeking a skilled MIG Aluminum Welder / Fabricator to join our team manufacturing marine access structures including floating docks, piers, gangways, and waterfront systems. This is a full-time position with steady work and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld aluminum components to high quality standards
• Fabricate and assemble docks, piers, and gangways from blueprints
• Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements accurately
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment (saws, grinders, drills)
• Inspect finished welds for strength and appearance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of MIG aluminum welding experience (required)
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Experience in marine or structural fabrication preferred
• Work in harsh conditions, heat, weather, noise and confined spaces
• Reliable and able to work in a team environment

Additional Information

• Monday to Friday | 1st Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm 40hrs + OT AVAILABLE
