Overview

Rockmount is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell high-quality welding supplies, including Rockmount and Optrel products. This role offers significant financial and personal growth opportunities, supported by extensive training and a strong reputation in the industry since 1972.

Responsibilities

• Sell Rockmount and Optrel welding supplies to a variety of industries.
• Develop long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide problem-solving and technical support to customers.
• Manage your own schedule and account base as an independent business owner.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for work purposes.
• Proven sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in welding/mechanical is a plus but not required.
• Must be eligible to pass a background check.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring work visa sponsorship.
• Strong sales skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to walk, stand for long periods, and lift/move up to 75 pounds.
