Overview

Heritage Metalworks is a multi-disciplinary architectural metal shop specializing in high-end residential projects, historic properties, and custom fabrication. They are seeking a skilled Metalsmith / Fabricator who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys collaborative work in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of custom metal components.
• Working from shop drawings and collaborating with design and production teams.
• Welding, forming, grinding, and finishing processes.
• Using various equipment including lathes, mills, rollers, torches, brakes, and shears.
• Problem-solving alongside experienced craftsmen to create complex pieces.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on fabrication experience, preferably in architectural metalwork.
• Attention to fit, finish, and detail.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort with a range of tools and materials.
• Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
• Desire to grow skillset and not just repeat the same tasks.
