Overview

Ark Services, LLC is a growing company seeking a dependable, experienced Mason / Welder – Repair & Maintenance Technician to support a wide range of structural repairs, custom metal work, and general property maintenance. This full-time, year-round position offers steady hours and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of masonry, welding, and repair projects from start to finish.
• Perform masonry work including brick, block, concrete repair, and patching.
• Complete welding and metal repair tasks as needed for structural and custom applications.
• Assist with general building maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Troubleshoot issues on site and make sound decisions independently.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and job site professionalism.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in masonry and/or welding required.
• Experience with general maintenance and repair work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Spanish and English fluency strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work throughout Washington, DC region.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Additional Information

• Location: Washington, DC and Northern Virginia and Maryland near DC.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Stable, full-time schedule with consistent work.
