Overview

We are seeking a Skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Pontiac, MI. This hands-on role requires quality workmanship and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials, primarily steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair components to specification.
• Operate shop equipment such as grinders, saws, and press brakes.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Experience in a shop or industrial setting is a plus.
• Local candidates preferred; no per diem offered.
• Must be able to complete and pass a background check and drug screen.
