Job Description
Overview
Proman is currently hiring experienced TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing/fabrication team. The role involves performing TIG welding on various materials while ensuring high-quality standards and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or carbon steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Produce high-quality welds that meet specifications and standards
- Set up and maintain welding equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous TIG welding experience REQUIRED
- Ability to read measurements and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Welding certifications a plus, not required
- Reliable and able to work independently or with a team
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and OSHA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, inspectors, and other team members
- Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to production schedules
