Job Description
Overview
The job is for a MIG Welder skilled in fitting and welding Barbecue Smoker and Grill parts made from 11 Gauge – 3/16 Hot Roll Mild Steel. The welds must be of professional quality as the products will be displayed in Retail BBQ Store showrooms.
Responsibilities
- Fit and weld Barbecue Smoker and Grill parts.
- Ensure welds are of professional quality.
- Read and follow prints for fabrication.
Requirements
- Experience in MIG welding with 11 Gauge - 3/16 Hot Roll Mild Steel.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math.
- Skilled in using basic power tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and communicate effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Candidate must be responsible, dedicated, and a self-motivated team player.
